In addition to the capabilities you see here, LMI San Diego’s new United Green Enterprises Division specializes in assisting Green products and services start-ups with every aspect of creating a successful business.

We know business and every detail matters. A new regulatory environment requires foundational capabilities such as OSHA compliance for business success. We can help there too.

In addition, we are able to work with you to attract public sector dollars to your projects as well.

Thus, LMI San Diego brings a total 21st Century solution set to make your organization sustainable, from management, team building, certification, to enabling energy efficiency in your operation.

As you know, dynamic global competition is creating a revolution in the way successful companies do business. Empowering rather than overpowering is the way peak performing companies win the hearts and minds of their people and maximize their potential. When members at all levels of an organization learn to trust one another and work together as a team, they produce the quality of goods and services needed to be competitive.

Because change is inevitable, organizations clinging to old ways of leadership and management will not continue to prosper for long. Unfortunately, people and organizations change slowly, usually with great resistance and often with considerable pain. LMI has helped thousands of leaders and organizations worldwide make the changes required to be competitive in a challenging global economy. Let us help you navigate the new Green challenge and requirements as well as optimize team performance, and your own abilities at the helm.

As the LMI concept has spread worldwide, LMI processes and materials are now translated into 22 languages, and marketed in 60 countries around the globe. LMI is registered to ISO 9001:2000 Standards, and is one of only seven organizational development companies with ISO registration. This is another demonstration of LMI’s commitment to continuous improvement.
